No. Under Block Exemption Regulation, any garage that uses OEM-equivalent parts and follows the correct manufacturer schedule can service your car without affecting the warranty. WBARC is an official Castrol Service Centre using Castrol EDGE Professional and Castrol Magnatec, and we stamp the service book plus keep a digital record.

What's the difference between an interim and a full service?

Yes. Paintwork carries a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the car, and structural and panel work is completed to BSi BS 10125 Kitemark standards using documented manufacturer repair methods where required.

Is WBARC a VAG approved bodyshop for Audi, VW, Skoda, SEAT and CUPRA?

Yes. WBARC holds Volkswagen Audi Group approvals covering Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Skoda, SEAT and CUPRA, so your car can be repaired to approved methods locally in the High Peak instead of travelling to Chester after the local dealer bodyshops closed.

Which insurance companies do you have agreed rates with?

WBARC is not on insurer approved panels because those rates are unsustainable, but we hold agreed rates with most major insurers including LV, Allianz, Admiral, AXA, Aviva and Hastings, so claims are usually straightforward when you choose us.
